Getting ready for the holiday season, I decided to play around with some pairing ideas, so from time to time you will see more "suggested pairings". This one featured the Joya de Nicaragua Cabinetta and Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon. Notes of mulled spice, pepper, vanilla, cedar and a nice marriage together of sweet spice with woodsy notes.
