The Big Papi by David Ortiz is made in the beautiful Dominican Republic by El Artista Cigars. This 6x54 cigar features a silky Ecuadorian Habano Claro wrapper on top of a creamy Criollo 98 binder which holds incredibly flavorful Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobacco.
Cigar was officially launched during the 2016 IPCPR trade show, however the original blend was created in 2013 for David Ortiz's private collection.
The Big Papi has an incredible aroma with notes of toasted bread, milk chocolate, dried plum, mixture of peppers, anise, nutmeg, hints of coffee. Watch the full review below. Cheers!
