Hosted by Northern Quest Casino and coordinated by the lovely Jolene Green, Little Smoke was definitely an event for the books!
The weekend fun began with a VIP dinner in the banquet hall of the casino where I had the honor of being MC. During the delectable meal, guests were able to pair their premium cigars with Westland Whisky followed by Browne Family red wine. The highlight of the evening was when all the guest cigar-le-brities were called up on stage to answer questions from all attendees. The guest line up included Jason Holly of Viva Republica, Matt Booth of Room 101, Akhil Kapacee with Regius Cigars, Shawna Williams of Villiger, Jeff Haugen & Joel Rogers of Crux Cigars, Sam Leccia of Leccia Tobacco, Michael Giannini from La Gloria Cubana, Don'Juan of Dignity cigars, Nish Patel & Gary Sheffield with Rocky Patel, Fred Rewey of Nomad Cigars, Bill Paley of La Palina, and Clay Roberts with Alec Bradley. It was a wonderful night to remember.
The following day was the main event, featuring all the aforementioned cigar manufacturers. To my surprise and delight there was a very extensive lineup of spirits as well featuring, Deschutes Brewing, No-Li Brewing, Blue Moon, Crispin, Leinenkugel's Laughing Dog Brewery, Stella Artois, Gentleman's Club, River City Brewing, Chateau Set Michelle, Ciroc, Crown Royal, Don Julio, Pendleton Whisky, Jameson Whisky, Absolut, Jim Beam, Gallo, Taylor Fladgate, Remy Martin, Jack Daniels, Macallan and Mount Gay.
Needless to say there was plenty to smoke and drink throughout the event! Guests also had an opportunity to stock up their humidors with their favorite cigars at a very discounted price. Live music, great company and plenty of cigars and spirits made this event one to put at the top of your list!
